Why Your Office Lights Are Driving Everyone Crazy (And What Actually Causes It)

The call came in at 3:15 PM on a Tuesday. "The lights in conference room 3B are flickering again." It's the fourth time this month. By now, I know the drill: I'll ask our maintenance guy to swap the bulb, he'll grumble about "cheap fixtures," and two weeks later, it'll start all over.
